Social publishing to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn requires connecting platform accounts to a brand.
1. Open a brand → **Accounts** tab. 2. Click **Connect account**. 3. Choose a platform and complete the OAuth flow. 4. Once connected, NextStep can publish posts to that account and pull comments, mentions, and reactions into the Inbox.
**Reconnecting:** If a token expires, click **Reconnect** on the account card. This runs the OAuth flow again and refreshes the token without changing anything else.
**Disconnecting:** Click **Disconnect** to remove access. Posts already published won't be deleted, but future publishing and sync will stop.
> **Platform notes:** > - **LinkedIn personal profiles:** Likes and comments are tracked, but impressions and reach are unavailable from the API for personal posts. > - **Facebook and Instagram:** Metrics (impressions, reach, likes, comments, shares where available) are pulled automatically after publishing. > - Actual metric availability depends on the account type and the permissions granted during OAuth. Not every field is guaranteed for every post.
