### Segments

Segments let you group contacts by shared criteria. Go to `/contacts/segments` to manage them.

**Two segment types:**

| Type | Behavior | |---|---| | **Dynamic** | Automatically re-evaluated. Contacts enter or leave as they match/stop matching the filter rules (field equals, contains, tag membership, etc.) | | **Static** | A fixed list. Contacts are added manually; the list doesn't change automatically. |

**Creating a segment:** 1. Click **New Segment**. 2. Give it a name and optional description. 3. Choose **Dynamic** or **Static**. 4. For dynamic: add filter conditions (field, operator, value) and choose whether ALL or ANY must match. 5. Save.

> **Use segments for:** Campaign targeting, reporting filters, and journey audience rules.

### Signup Forms

Signup forms are public-facing pages that let followers join your contact list.

1. Go to `/contacts/signup` → **New signup page**. 2. Choose a brand (required) and optionally link a campaign. 3. Add a title and description for the page. 4. Save.

Each form gets a unique public URL at `/signup/<slug>`. You can copy per-platform source-tagged links (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, or a plain untagged link) — each tagged so incoming contacts are automatically annotated with where they came from.

**Toggle active/inactive:** Use the switch on the form card. Inactive forms show a closed state to visitors.
