NextStep sends marketing and journey emails from a sender you configure per brand.

**Workspace-level settings** (`/settings` → **Email sending** tab): - Workspace-wide default sender domain configuration. - Workspace-level sending credentials.

**Brand-level email sender** (Brand detail → **Email sending** tab): - Override or set a brand-specific sending domain. - View the brand's current warm-up policy.

> **Admin-only:** Only Admins can modify email sender settings.

### Email Warm-up (`/email` → Warm-up tab)

The warm-up section lets Admins set a **brand-wide marketing sending pace** — a daily volume cap that rises gradually over time to protect sender reputation with email providers.

- A **Brand Warm-up Policy** is a pace rule, not a send itself. Eligible journey emails for that brand draw from the daily allowance it defines. - A **Legacy delivery** entry represents a single scheduled send already in progress.

> **Three distinct limits:** The brand-wide sending pace (warm-up policy), the per-recipient message cap configured in each Journey's **Delivery safeguards** tab, and any account-wide pacing enforced by the sending infrastructure are all separate controls. Both the brand pace and the per-recipient cap apply simultaneously; if either is exhausted the affected delivery is deferred.
